Among the most popular are those that automatically publish your tweets and updates through multiple platforms. FriendFeed, Ping.fm Facebook and many specific applications are examples.
The big problem with these, however, is that probably tweet more often than do anything else. And neither of their Facebook friends, and Facebook itself, you'll like if you publish 25 updates a day that everything came so automatically from Twitter.
So my favorite tool to automatically cross-promotions and updates my Twitter tweets is selective state. I LOVE for this reason: that allows you to selectively cross-promote your updates. To get the tool to go Facebook and do a search under selective Twitter applications state. In the bottom left of any Facebook page, click Browse and then select Apps Apps. It is easy to install, click to add to your Facebook wall.
Now whenever you tweet something also wishes on Facebook, simply add "# FB" at the end of its pious. Twitter and Facebook to talk to each other, and this will appear on your wall Tweet Facebook as an update. The hash tag is not displayed in updating Facebook, by the way!
