What program and hardware to use for a Security Camera surveillance?

I have a few cameras set up overseas in the Philippines and I know how I can possibly set these cameras can also be viewed online. Currently, all the cameras are connected to everyone in a box which controls the channels and controls sections when viewed on TV .. please help ..

Hey, sounds like they are only looking at camera local. They are not connected to a DVR that has the network capacity. So an easy way to get a Network Dvr would be built that can connect the cameras and also record and be able to access the drive remotely through the web. The other option is to get a Capture Card that can be put into a PC. The capture card will retire in the cameras and software for recording and playing back and give you remote access.
