Where is my start menu, toolbar, desktop icons?
When I log onto my computer is just my experience, my desktop icons are gone, I have no toolbar i cannot Go to Start, so there is a white stripe on the bottom, but I can not right click at all. I access my documents through the task manager, but can not open the paint, calculator, control panel, etc. Please help, I have a Medion PC and Windows XP Home Edition.
