Hello, I have Windows 2000 Professional and I wonder if a TV tuner card that supports PCI year 2000 pro.i would like to connect my Time-Warner cable feeding my DVR box provided by Time-Warner in my pc so you can watch cable television on my help pc.any would appreciated.Thanks.
