Clearing Phobias And Imprints
The human mind is just like a computer mainframe - information we receive from the five senses is continuously stored in our subconscious mind automatically. Some people believe that once the physical body dies, the physical mind stops functioning. Yes, it is true on one perspective, but in the wider view of things, we still have a total of 18 minds on the soul level. Each mind has a different function and purpose. In general, we term this collective 18 minds as soul consciousness.
The soul consciousness never dies, it keep on evolving and learning, lifetime after lifetime.
Using the five physical senses, if we react to any form of experience with a high emotional charge, we create an imprint in our subconscious and 18 minds.
If an imprint is created with a strong negative emotional charge, we term such imprints as phobias or traumatic experiences.
To clear phobias, we first need to identify its root cause and how it affects our current state of mind.
Here's a list of examples of phobias and their corresponding common root cause:
Fear of heights – having been pushed from a cliff or high ground
Fear of snakes – having been bitten by snakes
Fear of being in a small concealed room – death in a concealed place, for instance death from a lack of oxygen
Fear of water – death by drowning
Fear of authority figures – having been tortured by an authority figure
Allergies – body's imprinted re-action to certain form of substances, like food, milk and nuts etc.
The cases exemplified above can be manifested based on present or past lives. As long as the experiences have high negative emotions energy charge attached to it, the experience will be imprinted in one's subconscious mind.
I will now share an experience that happened to me this lifetime. When I was around 12 years old, I found bees very beautiful, with their yellow body and red wings flitting around flowers. I had no information that bees could sting me in my mind. I badly wanted to touch the bees since they appeared so attractive and beautiful. Of course, it resulted in me being stung and experiencing pain as a result.
Fortunately, I didn't charge the imprint program with a high negative emotion energy like hate, obnoxiety or fear, lest it becomes a phobias and fear of bees!
For clearing strong negative imprint programmes associated with phobias, root causes need to be identified, as well as the underlying programme, when does it was established, how it happened, the parties involved and the discordant energies at play.
Once we have enough information and awareness by way of SRT, we can easily clear it by asking High Self committees. Discordant energies will be cleared once the programme has been dissolved by High Self committees.
Of course, the first rule is that we must have the intention to heal the imprint of phobias, or else we can easily re-create back the energies based on our current level of human consciousness.

How to clear high score list on Wii fit?
Hi, my husband is feeling frustrated because I've been putting a lot of hours in on the ski slalom and have filled up the scoreboard with my pretty good times. He is just starting with this game and is frustrated because he can't get on the board. Is there a way to clear the high scores on a single game so he can get the satisfaction of getting scores on the board and gradually improving, just as I did? Thanks!
Actually, there is a way!! It's very simple. Just delete the Save FIle for the Wii Fit game... Unfortunately, this would be the only way, and THIS WILL ERASE ANY AND ALL RECORDS OF YOUR PROGRESS IN EVERY PART OF WII FIT!!! So use your discretion...
BUT THERE IS HOPE! What you can do is copy the Save File to an SD card, then delete the original, then take out the card, and start a new Session. And when you feel like using YOUR Save File, save your husband's Save File, delete, then upload yours...
(How to Delete Save File)
1. Access the Wii Data Management. 2. If you have any SD Cards or Nintendo GameCube Memory Cards inserted, select the "Wii" tab at the top of the screen. 3. Any Wii or Virtual Console save game data currently on the Wii cosole's system memory will be shown here as icons. 4. Select the file you want to delete. 3. Select "Erase" to delete the file. Warning: If a game file is deleted, there is no way to get it back. Be sure you want to delete it, or even copy it to an SD Card if necessary.
