Soul Caliber 4 help, I am noob!?
I played the game for like 3 hours and got use to most of the games controls and can play at an average level. This is due to the fact that all i ever play are RTS and Fighting games. I in particularly like Tekken, which my friends says that this game is just like Tekken except with weapons. Now what I need help with is How to I "properly" play as Shura (my fav char in the game) and How the hell you you beat Maxi. I mean he is the fastest guy in the game if i am not mistaken and I just can't get away form him. So a nice guide on how to use Shura and beating Maxi.
BTW keep the moves simple because I have to play on an Xbox 360 (which i think is the wworstsystem ever) and i am WAY to used to the PS controller It's mostly the joy stick I mean this thing KILLS your hands. So pls give simple moves and combos
Shura is pretty much a Cervantes Create-a-Soul. Learn to play Cervantes, and you have Shura down pat.
Also, Kamikirimusi uses Nightmare's style, Ashlotte uses Zalasamel's style, Angol Fear uses Seong Mi-na's style, Scheherazade uses Amy's moveset.
Um... I dunno how to play Cervantes/Shura, so I can't help you there. I can suggest that you try spamming. As cheap as it may be, it can be relatively effective. Try using attacks that have a longer reach than Shura's normal attacks. Since Maxi's fast, use reach to counter him. If you time your moves right, I'm sure he'll run straight into your attack. I've done it as Kilik. But Kilik has a much longer range than Shura. That aside, as I said, if you time it right, you can hit him as he's running towards you. Even better, throw him as much as possible. If you can, try to use a throw that can ring out, like Kilik.
