Tinnitus Is a Noise That Never Stops In Your Ears

I have Fish tank filter noise?
I have a penguin 350 filter for a 55 gallon tank and it is making an annoying grinding noise. How do I stop this? Nothing is scrapping against anything, I don't no what to do? It is a brand new filter.
