Why is my TV does not show 1080i resolution?
I have a Panasonic 1080i plasma 50''TV and my cable provider Comcast is. I have a combo HD DVR cable box. However, when tuning the HD stations, according to information button I am getting my TV only through the resolution 480i to my tv. Comcast is no help – they say all the settings are correct and my HD service is turned on. Any ideas?
No, I think I know what it is. Turn your box, but leave out of your TV. When the box is off, press the menu button on the box. And change options I'm not sure but it is necessary to set the resolution of 1080i. It should be there. then when you're done, just press the menu button again and again box again. Let me know if it worked.
