Pull up resistors to a data line?

I am using a 2 Mbps data line from a wireless transceiver.
The circuit power is at 3.3V Vdd; what sized resistor do you recommend I connect the line through to Vdd in order to improve signal integrity?

That highly depends on the specifics of your circuit, how much the drivers can source/sink, the load of the input... If it's properly designed 2Mbps should be no issue.
